Step One:
Thoroughly clean the top of the testosterone vial with an alcohol prep pad
Step Two:
Take the syringe out of the packaging leaving the protective cap on until you are ready to draw the testosterone
Step Three:
Remove the protective cap and insert the needle into the center of the rubber stopper of the vial of testosterone.
Step Four:
Carefully hold the bottle with one hand while pulling the plunger on the syringe all the way, testosterone is an oil base, and it will take some time to draw the required amount out.
Step Five:
The injection site is the center of the upper leg between the kneecap and the hip socket.
Step Six:
Grab the muscle and pinch with your thumb and index finger
Step Seven:
Stick the needle straight up into the center of the muscle.
Step Eight:
Slide your thumb and index finger in and hold firmly the plastic syringe tip, press the plunger until it stops the pull the syringe straight out. Then properly dispose of the syringe.
