This medical consultation will be a live feed video that will be recorded and stored in the patients HIPAA compliant electronic health record system (DrChrono). Your medical information and any blood work collected will be used by the licensed Medical Doctor to assess limited information to assist in the diagnosis for potential treatment and other medically directed programs.

PURCHASE POLICY
